Sometimes you have periods  in life when:

  • you, or those you care for, are dealing with aging, illness, or end-of-life challenges.

  • you are navigating journeys of grief and loss.

  • you find yourself in conflict that needs to be resolved, and relationships restored.

  • you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or burned-out.

  • you are facing major life transitions.

  • you are seeking spiritual direction and asking questions about meaning and purpose.

Some of these difficulties are the result of external circumstances, and others may stem from our internal struggles to adjust to life’s complexities.  Either way, sitting with someone to talk about these types of challenges can provide much needed balance and perspective.
